Lender Directory Agreement

What you will receive:

A listing in as many states as you would like. (You must be registered with HUD in your selected states.) The listing shall include advisor name, company, address, phone number, alternate phone # (optional), website address, email, and catchphrase.

The listings rotate with each unique page view. Companies work their way up to the top. All listings are shown each time state page is viewed. There are no featured listings and no special advertising by any one particular reverse mortgage lender.

What you will receive:

$98/year per listing in one state
($59 for 6 months, $9 per month)

• Purchasing for more than 5 states gives another 10% off total order
• Purchasing 15 or more states 20% off total
• Purchasing 25 or more states 30% off total
• Every order will receive free Internet Marketing Email Series

All sales are final once your link goes up. Contract will automatically renew at selected interval. Purchaser agrees to pay then current price. Purchaser will be notified of any increases in price at least two weeks before they occur.

Your catchphrase must be true and accurate, and is subject to edits by us.

Finally, lenders must agree to the "Lender Pledge":

Lenders’ Pledge to

1. be registered and in good standing with HUD. (US Government Regulators)
2. treat client’s dignity, respect, and privacy with paramount importance.
3. clearly outline costs and options when discussing reverse mortgages.
4. never charge a “fee” merely for providing information.
5. never charge borrower a “planning fee” or any other kind of fee that is designed merely to be compensation for a referral.
6. never imply, or expressly state, a potential borrower is obligated to purchase another service or product in conjunction with a reverse mortgage.
7. completely follow all federal, state, and administrative laws.
