The provider(s) with whom you deal after your visit are independent and distinct entities, with whom RMP has no liability. It is our absolute goal to connect you with the best, most courteous lenders possible, but we are not responsible for your relationship with them or their conduct. RMP is not a party to any relationship you may form with any other service provider. You also acknowledge that RMP is not your agent, broker, or lender and does not recommend specific products or even reverse mortgages to you. Reverse mortgages, although wonderful products, are not right for everyone and we can make no specific recommendations to you based on the limited amount of information we have about you. Moreover, nothing contained on RMP or in this agreement shall constitute an offer or guarantee for a loan or a specific interest rate. Any compensation we receive is paid by the service providers with whom we deal. You are not charged any fee. This is intended as a completely free service to you.

Your Information

When you provide your information, you agree the service providers with whom we work may contact you by telephone, email, or traditional mail, even if you are part of the Federal Trade Commission’s Do Not Call list or any particular state’s Do Not Call list. This also extends to any applicable trade, business, or other Do Not Call list. In addition, the information you provide to us is supplied to and retained by the service providers with whom we work. If you do not wish to be contacted by them, you must notify them directly. RMP may, from time to time, send you information pertinent to retirement, financial planning, reverse mortgages, taxes, and other relevant topics. It is intended to be beneficial to you. If you no longer desire this information, please notify our legal department at the address listed below.
